Downlands Art Exhibition – 21 to 29 Sept – Toowoomba

Discover, enjoy and collect from a choice of over 1,000 artworks at Toowoomba’s largest art exhibition, when Downlands College presents its annual exhibition from Friday 21 to Saturday 29 September.

Coinciding with Carnival of Flowers week, this year’s Downlands Art Exhibition will run for a full week, not the usual three days –

so will be a fabulous time to visit Toowoomba! The exhibition is a specially curated showcase of over 1,000 works by local, regional and interstate artists, as well as collectable investment pieces.

This year I am pleased to contribute 60 beautiful works from my Art Studio, including collectable pieces by

some of Australia’s most iconic artists: Charles Blackman, David Boyd, Ray Crooke, Robert Dickerson,

Pro Hart,  Linda Keough, Patrick Kilvington, Norman Lindsay, John Perceval, Greg Postle, Geoffrey Proud,

Hugh Sawrey and Tim Storrier.

Also on offer from my Art Studio will be beautiful works by perennial favourites: Kate Smith, Antje Collis,

Suzy Platt, Rachel Carmichael, Catherine Carpenter, Denise Daffara, Barbara Franklet, Lou Jaeger,

Elisabeth Lawrence, Dan Mason, Kate Piekutowski and Simonn Schumacher.
